About the Muzblox Wallet
The Muzblox Wallet allows you to add funds to your account so you can purchase eligible eSIM plans quickly and conveniently without entering your payment details each time.
1. Adding Funds
You may top up your Wallet using the payment methods available within the app.
Wallet funds are stored as account credit and may only be used to purchase eligible products and services offered by Muzblox Mobile Ltd.
2. Using Your Wallet
Wallet balances can be used to purchase one or more eligible eSIM plans. Wallet funds do not expire and will remain available until they are used.
3. Wallet Refunds
Unused Wallet funds may be refunded within 14 calendar days of the original top-up, provided none of those funds have been used. After 14 days, Wallet top-ups become non-refundable. However, any remaining balance will continue to be available indefinitely for future purchases.
4. Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact us immediately via support@muzblox.com.
5. Fraud & Misuse
We may suspend Wallet functionality or accounts where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, attempted fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks or other misuse of our services.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Wallet Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
