Welcome

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Muzblox website, web app, future mobileapplications and services. By creating an account, topping up your Wallet or purchasing aneSIM, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or purchase products or services from Muzblox Mobile Ltd.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. You may register using an email address or supported sign-in providers. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3. Purchasing eSIMs
Please ensure you have selected the correct destination, validity period and data allowance before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring their device is eSIM compatible and network unlocked before purchasing.

4. Wallet

You may add funds to your Wallet for future purchases.
• Wallet balances do not expire.
• Unused wallet funds may be refunded within 14 days of the original top-up if none of those funds have been used.
• After 14 days, wallet top-ups become non-refundable but your remaining balance can still be used at any time to purchase eligible services.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
In summary:
• Faulty eSIMs may qualify for a refund.
• eSIMs with no data usage may qualify for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds are not normally available once data has been consumed unless required by law.

6. Support

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm (UK time).

Urgent issues may be submitted through Priority Support within the app.
Customers can also use MI (Muzblox Intelligence) for assistance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to misuse, interfere with or disrupt our Services.
• Share, resell or abuse Services where prohibited.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

8. Service Availability

Coverage, speeds and availability depend on our network partners and local mobile networks. While we strive to provide reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed in every location.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
